Originally from Hong Kong, Edith obtained both her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Michigan. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Before she started her real estate business, she worked at prominent firms such as Goldman Sachs, Ziff Brothers Investment, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Edith participated in various mergers and acquisitions with transaction values that ranged from $10 million to $1 billion in diverse industries. Her background as a hedge fund analyst and CPA provides her clients with in-depth analysis of financials to facilitate confident decision-making.

 

Edith has cultivated a superior ability to interact with and assist buyers and sellers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds, especially in the Asian market. She has worked with a diverse international and local clientele, from individual investors who focus on luxury condominiums to institutional investors looking for commercial and multi-family properties in both New York City and Long Island. Edith's extensive knowledge of Chinese culture and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese has made her invaluable to Chinese clients.

 

Edith is also one of the leading agents in the new development market. She has played an integral role in seeing a project from its pre-development stage and the strategic planning of sales to the completion of the project. She assists developers to market their projects (such as 30 E 31, The Centrale, Charlie West, etc) to international investors. Edith was one of the first agents who brought NY's new developments (301 W 53rd Street) to a luxury property show in China in 2014, where she sold numerous units during the roadshow.
